I had MC in the genital region, though as my only partner at the time did not, I think I might have picked it up at the pool.

I’d soak down a few sheets of paper towel daily in ACV and wrap the affected region in the soaked towels. 1-2 hour seemed sufficient, and the MC started drying up and disappearing. I think the prolonged daily periods of high acidity did the trick. From when I started treatments, it was ~2-3 weeks until full resolution. As stated, use high quality ACV (it’s usually 5% acidity or higher), and ensure the cotton ball/towel/whatever remains moist while you’re treating.

    Do not pop MC.
